Group Legal Executive appointed

Imperial Logistics is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeetesh Ravjee to the role of Group Legal Executive. Jeetesh joins us from TWB Attorneys - where he practiced in the commercial department for close to 15 years. With a core focus on commercial litigation, his extensive experience also encompasses M&A and governance matters. From the inception of his legal career, Jeetesh has worked closely with Imperial on numerous matters and he accordingly has a sound knowledge of the group and its operations.
