Chief People Officer South Africa

We are pleased to announce that Judith Nzimande has been appointed Chief People Officer for our South Africa division. Judith is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) expert with 26 years of experience in various HR-related fields, including positions ranging from Generalist to Head of Human Resources and Transformation.  More recently, in 2017 she worked for Group Five as the Chief Human Resources Officer leading the Group Human Resources, Academy, Transformation, Corporate Affairs Department and Ethics and Compliance.

Judith is the Chairperson of the KwaZulu Business Chambers Council (KBCC). She made history as being the first female to be appointed as President of the Zululand Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ZCCI) since its establishment in October 1926. 

Judith holds a BCom. Hons degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters Degree in Commerce (MCOM). She has also attained her Masters’ degree in Business and Administration (MBA), Global Executive Development Programme (GEDP) and Strategic Negotiations Program. She has received numerous accolades which include an award from the Institute of People Management (IPM) for HR Director of the Year in 2015 and Richards Bay Woman of the Year Award under the Corporate Category. 

In her spare time she enjoys hiking, running, cycling and golf.
