  This pillar comprises:

These businesses provide complete logistics solutions including transportation, warehousing, distribution and related value added services within Africa.
      This pillar comprises:
Distribution, Retail and Allied Services
These businesses import and distribute a range of passenger and commercial vehicles, industrial equipment and motorcycles and include vehicle dealerships in South Africa and Australia.
      This pillar comprises:
Insurance
These businesses comprise insurance operations which are focused on a range of short, medium and long-term insurance and assurance products that are predominantly associated with the automotive market and includes cell captive arrangements.
 
  International
These businesses provide complete logistics solutions including transportation, warehousing, inland waterway shipping, container and bulk handling, contract manufacturing, subassembly, packaging of materials and related value-added services within Europe.
      Automotive Retail
These businesses consist of a large network of motor vehicle and commercial vehicle dealerships representing most of the major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in South Africa and commercial vehicle dealerships in the United Kingdom. The division also manufactures and sells caravans and canopies.

      Other Financial Services
These businesses comprise the sale of service, maintenance and extended warranty products associated with the automotive market, other financial products including joint ventures on the sale of financial services and commission factoring operations.
 
          Other Segments
The Car Rental business consists of vehicle rental operations spanning the domestic corporate sector and domestic and international and leisure sectors, with extensive support services and the sale of used vehicles.

The Autoparts business is involved in wholesaling and distributing vehicle parts and accessories.

         

The operations are mainly in Africa and Europe, with considerable potential for expansion into allied services and relevant new geographies that have good growth potential.

Employing 51 000 people, the group actively encourages entrepreneurship, innovation and industry best practice.
