Imperial’s inspiring brand consultant goes the extra mile

For Imperial employee Sara Mabuza, her work as a brand consultant for Peak Instore is much more than a nine to five job. Peak Instore is the brand consulting division of group company Imperial Retail Solutions. She recently demonstrated just why Peak Instore’s unmatched brand consultants set this group company apart, and proved that she is a true brand ambassador for Peak Instore, Imperial and SCA incontinence care brand Tena.

Sara is a brand consultant at Checkers Hyper and Pick ‘n Pay Centurion, and she was moved to go above and beyond the call of duty when she met a customer who was looking for adult diapers for her sister, who is bed ridden in hospital. “This family was overwhelmed,” Sara says. After educating them on client Tena’s brand of adult diapers, and explaining which product they needed, she also offered to visit their sister in hospital, to offer support and guidance.

Sara is an asset to Imperial, and it gives me great pleasure to share her story,” comments managing director of Imperial Retail Solutions, Jonathan Hartley. “She not only educated and converted these customers to the Tena brand, but also went to the hospital to visit the patient in her own personal time.

Peak Instore’s unrivalled brand consultants educate and convert consumers and grow brands. They engage with shoppers, to drive sales, stimulate enquiry and change attitudes towards products. Peak Instore specialises in the household, beauty, food, pharmacy, oral care, baby care, fempro, liquor, cellular, beverage and tobacco categories, with tailor made models that work in every environment.
