PAIA

The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, also commonly referred to as PAIA, grants persons with the right to access of information held by us, under certain conditions. Our Section 51 PAIA manual, provided on our website, facilitates this process and any POPIA related requests.

ECT ACT

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, also referred to as the ECT Act, inter alia provides for the facilitation and regulation of electronic communications and transactions, to which this website is subject to in part.

RICA

Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act 70 of 2002, also known as RICA, inter alia regulates the interception of certain communications.
