The board of Imperial is pleased to announce that Mr Mark Lamberti (63) has been appointed as chief executive officer of Imperial Holdings Limited, succeeding Mr Hubert Brody with effect from 1 March 2014.

The appointment was made after an extensive search by the Nominations Committee, during which a number of external and internal candidates were considered.
